These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of public websites and services operated by Airat Khalitov, trading
as AiratTop (“we”, “our”, “us”), under the airat.top domain that link to these Terms, including websites,
tools, and APIs such as about.airat.top, blog.airat.top, privacy.airat.top, and
terms.airat.top (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, purchasing a digital product if one is offered, or participating in a community we host, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility & General Conditions
The Services are intended for individuals and entities capable of entering into legally binding agreements. You must comply with all applicable laws, including export controls and intellectual property regulations, when accessing our content or purchasing our products. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
The Services are intended for an international audience outside the Russian Federation. We do not market, offer, or provide the Services to persons located in the Russian Federation. Requests that Cloudflare identifies as originating from the Russian Federation are blocked at the network edge.
2. Accounts & Access
Some offerings (for example, online courses, private forums, or subscriptions) may require an account on a third-party platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring that account information remains accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Services.
3. Digital Products & License
We may offer digital products, including courses, templates, and subscription-based content (“Digital Products”). Unless the offer or an accompanying license says otherwise, a purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the material for your own business or educational use. Redistribution, resale, public broadcasting, or making the content available to third parties is prohibited except where an applicable open-source or other license expressly permits it.
4. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed by the third-party provider identified at checkout. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By submitting payment details, you authorize the applicable processor to charge the amount shown.
If you choose a subscription, you agree to recurring charges until cancelled. You can manage cancellations by contacting the payment processor or emailing mail@airat.top.
5. Refunds
- Unless an offer states a longer period, self-paced courses and digital downloads have a 14-day refund-request window starting from the time of purchase.
- To request a refund, email mail@airat.top with proof of purchase. We may deny a request after the product has been consumed in full or shared publicly, except where applicable law requires a refund.
- Live cohort programs, custom consulting, or one-of-a-kind deliverables may have separate refund policies communicated in the offer details.
- Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless a separate license says otherwise, content, branding, videos, and documentation remain the intellectual property of AiratTop or its licensors. Source code and other material published in a public repository are governed by the license included in that repository. Where a repository uses the MIT License, you may use, copy, modify, and distribute the licensed material subject to the license notice and conditions. No open-source license grants rights to AiratTop names, logos, or other trademarks.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to engage in unlawful activities, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or harass others. We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access to protect the community and our infrastructure.
8. Third-Party Services
We may rely on services operated by other companies, including Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and security, community platforms for account features, and payment processors for billing. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. Availability of the Services may depend on those providers. Our Privacy Policy explains how Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and other providers may process information when you use the Services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and Digital Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiratTop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services or Digital Products.
11. Changes and Version History
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The source of this document is public, and its complete change history and earlier versions are available in the GitHub commit history. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
